Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide — name, phone number, email, neighborhood, project details, and any optional budget or timeline information. We also log basic site usage (pages visited, general location by region) to understand which pages help people find us. Part of that measurement runs through Google Analytics, which sets a cookie in your browser so repeat visits aren't counted twice. It records how the site is used, never your name, phone number, or project details.

How we use it

Information from the contact form is used to follow up about your project — by phone, text, or email. We don't sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your project — answering a question, confirming a walkthrough time, or following up on an estimate. How often depends entirely on your project; we don't run text campaigns or send bulk promotions. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts doesn't stop us reaching you by phone or email.

We never sell or share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for their own marketing. Your number stays with the Teddy team.

Data retention

We keep project inquiries on file to track our own follow-up and, for past clients, project history. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices
